Bar and Grill’s Ryan Bartlett understands this nuance of hospitality better
than most because when one first sets foot in his new Prior Lake venue, one is
made to feel as though they are going to want to return again and again.
The Point Bar and Grill is one of the most
exciting new additions to the Prior Lake scene is some time. Ryan, his wife Tiffany, his father and life
long friend, Kent Stewart, make up the small group that own and manage this
vibrant place. Kent works the kitchen
insuring a steady flow of delicious food on the floor. His dad will even bus tables when it gets
crazy. There’s no doubt that this is a
real collaboration between family and friends.
Ryan grew up in Prior Lake and understands
the value of community. Their
involvement is extensive with an ongoing sponsorship of the Prior Lake football
team and overall passion for the city, it seems the Pointe Bar and Grill is a
great natural extension of how they all feel about their hometown.
The menu is diverse. There’s a diverse selection beginning with
appetizers, burgers and chicken sandwiches, pizza and pasta dishes and
delicious soups and salads. A great deal
of creativity went into the planning of their specials as well. Of course there are the daily Happy Hours but
they are adding some innovative touches to the repertoire. Monday is Fiesta Night and the kids eat
free. Thursday brings a 1lb pound crab
dinner to your table for just $16.00 and Friday’s Prime Rib Night is simply
amazing.
Music and entertainment have been carefully
thought out insuring a colorful choice of bands and activities. The Pointe can rock out one night and offer
Bingo on another. In fact, every Sunday night is Bingo night.
The Pointe is impressive to say the
least. The newly remodeled restaurant
and bar features a separate restaurant area, perfect for a great meal with
family and friends. There is a large bar, VIP seating area, and dance floor for
that amazing night out you’ve been looking forward to. And, we have to add,
that there are plenty of TVs throughout to watch your favorite sporting
events.
