Woman Writes To Advice Column, Gets Put In Her Place

People have their own reasons for writing to advice columnists. Some genuinely need help, and they figure that folks who author advice columns for a living are the perfect sources for quality assistance. Other people will write to advice columnists because they want to be told that what they are doing is right, and that whoever they are complaining about is wrong.

The woman whose letter was printed in the column below obviously falls into that second category. Read what she wrote, and then take note of the response that was written back to her. It’s pretty amazing.

I don’t follow a whole lot of advice columns, but if they’re all like this, I may need to add them to the daily reading list.
